All post except one. If we login to GP Utilities with the SA account and click "Next" to begin setup, the error message "Error message 35100 doesn't exist." is returned, followed by "Failed upgrading table: Anyone has a solution for this ? It may be that your shortcut is not working correctly. check over here

You don't have two ODBC drivers with the same name? I was working in a test enviroment, and my SQL server already had a DYNAMICS database. Mohammad R. I would greatly appreciation any input such as: Is the note field the best option? The reason I'm trying to do this is to have reports in excel I've created to automatically update without spending too much time to do this. So our P&L totals are correct but they are classed in the wrong accounts.

I have no batches in batch recovery, and SQL looks normal. I would greatly appreciation any input such as: Is the note field the best option? Error is on client or in Server? This could be due to someone changing something with modifier or a 3rd party.

From what I've read this seems possible, but I don't want to cause any problems trying to set this up. We are getting the same error installing the GP 2010 client on a Windows 7 machine. Perhaps a programmer can fix this?

I would get a Dexsql.log and see what is happening when the error occurs. After Validating the Product Version, I receive "There ws a problem ascertaining product version information.  Microsoft Dynamics FP Utilities will now exit.  Please check the duinstall.log file for more information.".  Problem Thanks
